Stopped by at 11:30 a.m. wanting a lemonade. The girl behind the counter said we don't have any pretzels, we're closed, with an attitude. I asked if I could just get a lemonade. She gave me a blue drink instead. When I reiterated that I just wanted lemonade, she brusquely replaced it and turned away without b giving me a straw. So rude.
He got my order wrong
visited Auntie Anne’s on May 4 around 3:45 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The employee, identified on my receipt as Shakyra D, was on her phone when I approached and did not greet me or acknowledge me properly. I asked about the crispy cheesy mini dogs, which were not available, so I ordered the mini pretzel dogs that were already in the display.
