Terrible location. I try to order an almond pretzel at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, and they tell me they're not making any more pretzels today? You're in a mall that closes at 9pm. Should've known better, I guess. I've seen that place closed in the middle of the day because they can't staff it with enough good people.
Every time I’ve been they charged our card twice. They always say that it didn’t read the card the first time so we have to scan it again. Last time I specifically asked if it changed twice and they promised it didn’t, but when I got home I found out that it did charge twice. I’m not happy and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I stopped in while at the opthalmologist in the mall and decided to get a pretzel (I'm not so much a pretzel fan, but my girlfriend wanted it). The pretzel nuggets caught my attention, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by just how good these things are!!! They are soft and buttery, with just the right amount of salt, and OMG I want more! I also tried the mango spritzer to wash it down and that was also really good.
