I went here to get pretzels and cheese. I have had these pretzels numerous times before at other locations. I asked the young African American girl if the pretzels were fresh, and she replied that they had just come out of the oven. I ordered the pretzels and cheese and left. When I got to my hotel across the street (it took 2 minutes) I tried a pretzel. It was stale tasting as if it had been cooked and rewarmed. It was dry and the cheese was cold!
