Today at 12:43 I came with my family to share from afar to place an Order And one of the employees who looks like the Manager who was really attending a mediocre customer service Even the employees were as if they were afraid of her
Yesterday, I had called in a very large order with about 35 different pretzels. One of my clients that lives in Columbus was wanting pretzels for a snack and it was quite last minute. I was able to call the location Roughly 2 hours in advance to the time I was supposed to meet with my client. They were able to fix everything up. The whole order was correct and the staff member was very kind! It seems like they have great people Working at this location, and I will definitely be back to bring more pretzels to my clients!
The Photos for this store are very misleading and most definitely not taken at this location. Only 1 countertop eating area in the store and it was so dirty as if it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. Stool seats had grease stains so we all just stood while we ate. About 5 employees in the store and they were all huddled around a very yappy guy who seemed to be the manager (talking about work hours) while 1 person was making pretzels.
