Im only giving the food a 3 because I order a pretzel dog but the dough was under cooked. I went back to ask for another one and the young lady with green hair (didnt catch her name) was kind enough to make me a fresh one. Whoever the gentleman was that originally made it was moving slow anyways but im grateful to the other lady.
Went to order this evening April 2nd, 2026 at 6:50pm. I got “hello, may I please have” out before I was cut off with “this is all we have left” and an eye roll. I said “ok never mind” and walked away. Disappointed and annoyed doesn’t cover what I was feeling. Won’t be returning, and I highly recommend hiring someone else as this girl was beyond rude.
Hello, I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent online order at your store. I ordered two mini pretzel dogs and a lemonade through the online system. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was informed that the pretzel dogs were out of stock. I politely requested a refund since the items I paid for were unavailable. There was only one lady working and Im sure it was a lot to handle all on her own, but wasn't the most pleasant. When asked when the regular pretzels would be done/available her response was what we see is what's available. I was unable to get my free Tmobile Tuesday pretzel bc I didn't know how long the wait would be. Also, there were signs stating " no ice" and "ovens not working properly so wait times may be longer than usual"
