Rita the manager obviously was having a bad day to argue with me about almond pretzels that was burnt and insisted that bc of the almonds, that's why my pretzel looked like that at the bottom. I've been coming to this location for years and have never seen a burnt almond pretzel. Your attitude stinks and your very rude to be a manager.
