Typically I never order food 30 mins before close because as a food service worker I get it but after having a rough day and driving to get a comfort snack and having google say they’re open but in person they closed early is frustrating. Staff wasn’t rude but it just sucks
The rudest staff I’ve come across in a long time. I was patiently waiting in the line for a while as they are very slow taking orders. That’s fine though, not a biggy. Once I got there, I was barely greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there and annoyed that she had customers. She walked off when I was in the middle of ordering without saying a word. Waited 20 minutes, no one ever acknowledge me and all 3 pretzels in my order looked like this. Super disappointed.

There was no other customers in store and there was 4 employees in store it still took 15 minutes to get part of our order and they still forgot our drinks and they didnt believe us and was pretty rude and we should our receipts and tooks another 15 minutes to get our drinks.
