Waited 20 minutes, no one ever acknowledge me and all 3 pretzels in my order looked like this. Super disappointed.

There was no other customers in store and there was 4 employees in store it still took 15 minutes to get part of our order and they still forgot our drinks and they didnt believe us and was pretty rude and we should our receipts and tooks another 15 minutes to get our drinks.
We always look forward coming to Auntie Anne’s when we come to town!! Thanks to Lee for the great service!! Highly recommend the cinnamon bites, that’s our favorite 😋 thanks Lee!
This location is so cool bc it's 1/2 Auntie Anne's & the other 1/2 is Jamba Juice! They even have combo options where you can get your choice of a small smoothie & your choice of Pretzel product! Love it so much! Can't wait to visit again the next time I am passing through.
