Very kind and professional. The employees made our little dining experience better than expected by simply being polite. Order was prompt and tasted pretty good. Will definitely go there again when in the area.
This place is an absolute joke. Half the time the drink machine is not working. Then if you order a smaller size they simply take the big cup they already have food in, turn around and throw pretzels away until it is at the smaller size level. It seems the answer is usually oh those are in the oven it will be 10 minutes. They waste food, are rude and rarely have items available. Oxmoor would do well to shut this place down and replace it. It brings down the whole classiness of the mall.
Whoever the rude guy was at the register today at 12:15 needs to go on! I tipped and asked for a bag and he just sat the bag on the counter didn't even pack it and looked like I was aggravating him. Wth?????
The lady at the register was too quiet to understand and could not comprehend what we were trying to order. We got strawberry and mango lemonades when we ordered strawberry and mango spritz. Not a single drop of sprite is in my drink. My friend ordered a frozen mango lemonade and all the mango was sitting on the bottom. We proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our pretzels to even be cooked. Love annies pretzels but the service was awful.
