I came to the mall today specifically for these pretzels (I was thinking about them all day). First off the staff very rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t greeted, he didn’t ask what I wanted, and didn’t tell me my total. I understand most of them are kids so I granted a little grace there. The staff grabbed my receipt and stole my reward points. This is a shady and deceitful business practice. Makes you wonder what type of scams they are running.
Waited in line for a very long time while 3-4 people were in the back talking and 1 person was on the register. Once finally got food, was hard / stale. Girl at register was nice though.
Service was slow and the food wasn't good.
