The girl with dark hair and facial piercings is not nice. You should not work with people if you can’t handle being nice to them.
They don’t want to make half the menu so if you want to order something besides plain pretzel nuggets it’ll take 20 minutes minimum
Bree was very nice and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. The service was fast and 100% would recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites.
Very disappointed. My teenage son went to order pretzels and drinks and was met with rude, short, and ignorant behavior from the two women working. No friendliness or basic respect at all. Customer service needs improvement. To be clear, this is the downstairs location.
Good when they have what you want and are willing to make it for you, but never have the mini pretzel dogs and today none of the 3 locations were willing to make any. One said it was a 10-15 minute wait, I said I’d wait. She kept telling other customers the same knowing none would be made. They didn’t even start making any in the 25 minutes I waited.
