This place served me fresh, hot pretzels; they were good too.
Why the bad reviews? I have no clue.. Ordered cinnamon pretzel bites and got them within 20 seconds and they were good as all ever Don’t trust these negative reviews
I recently visited the pretzel shop and had the pleasure of being helped by Kayla. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my experience so much better! Not only did she greet me with a warm smile, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Kayla, for making my visit a memorable one! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I loved the pretzels but if I'm being honest, I love all pretzels. The pretzels were way too salty, the cheese sauce was disgusting, the staff was rude, and the sitting areas were dirty. However the small one downstairs is far better.
