If I could leave 0 stars I would this franchise sucks ass. They won't take auntie Anne's gift cards... and today they just close early because they felt like it. I really love auntie Anne's pretzels so I drove 30 minutes just to get some just to see them cleaning up an hour early all shrugs. Worst. Franchise. Ever. Avoid if possible.
I waited for a while, while 2 workers were just chatting, laughing and eating. So I left....
employees seem to not care about customers and are rude. I went to buy the bucket but the attendant informed me that it was not available, the shape and appearance are completely different from other stores I went to. I wouldn't go back
Love the pretzels
Absolutely delicious pretzels. They’re always warm, soft, perfectly salted, and buttery. They have many different varieties in stock, from pretzel dogs to regular pretzels to pretzel nuggets. I personally enjoy the pretzel dogs. The service is always great and welcoming. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite or anyone looking to try it. It is a must-try stop on the highway! I have gone many times before and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
