Did a doordash order it got here cold ordered the pepperoni nuggets they are horrible dried out the bottoms are burnt and it looks like they have been sitting for hours. The cinnamon we're really good though the only problem I had was a pepperoni nuggets they're burnt and you can literally smell the burnt smell 🤮 when you take them out of the cup
After we paid, we were informed that they ran out of pretzel bites and had to cook more. A 10-minute wait. After finally getting the bites we paid for, we asked for an extra cheese to compensate for the wait. It was worth a try. The attitude from the worker was abysmal. Absolutely no customer service. Instead, she proceeded to argue: “You agreed to wait 10 minutes.” After pointing out that we didn’t know about the wait until after we paid, she laughed at us: “It’s 99 cents.
