One of the guys seemed clueless of what to do. Said he was shift lead but others I've encountered were beyond my expectations.
I asked for unsalted nuggets and was told they don’t make them. That’s all I’ve ever gotten and I always wait on them but on today I was told they’ve never made them here at the Hattiesburg location. I’m highly dissatisfied! If they didn’t want to make them that’s all she had to say. Terrible customer service.
They never have pretzels. Last 5 times I've been they were out. Today I went at 1pm and they said it would be another hour before they had anymore. I'm giving up
got home and started to eat my cinnamon sugar bites and bit into a hard piece, wasn’t sure what it was but it was SOME KIND OF METAL, that just about broke my tooth. then took a bite out of another one and had more pieces get stuck in my teeth!!!!!!!
Don’t understand this place. How can you make money when you don’t even make every product on the menu. Surprised they are still in business. This is the worst Auntie Anne’s I have ever been to in my life
