love this store. bekah and lexi are great workers, everyone is so kind and has great service. i enjoy a nice pretzel every time i come to the mall, 10/10 recommend.
the staff is the sorriest staff i’ve seen. they never have anything cooked and when you walk up and ask how long for what you want they say 15 min just so you can walk off and never end up making it! they’d rather be in their phones than to be making pretzels for folk that’s hungry and wanna shop. and that’s EVERY time i’m in the mall. bring the old staff back!!
