I went to auntie Annie’s and I really wanted some pretzel dogs, so I went up to the counter and I started ordering and she interrupted me and yelled at her workers, then continued to tell me that they were not serving pretzel dogs and they were only serving the stuff in the case unacceptable!! so I ordered some cinnamon roll things whatever and they weren’t even good and they charged me for frosting, which was $3.54 This is outrageous. Walked up and was ready to order some pretzels with my mother. Said hello to the girls working the counter only to be COMPLETELY ignored. Didn't look up or even say a single word to me and my mom after waiting a while and STILL being ignored. We were the only ones in line and there were no other customers. Been going to Auntie Anne's for over 20 years. They have lost two lifetime customers because of the blatant lack of respect and service. If you hate working with the public then find a different line of work.
Don’t even waste your time going to this place. They have a very limited selection and an unwillingness to provide good customer service. I initially stood in line to get mini pretzel dogs and was told because the case was empty I had to wait 15 mins to get a pretzel. I told the associate named Shay I didn’t mind waiting and would still like to place an order. She told me I could not place the order at this time and that I had to wait until the new pretzels were ready to place my order. I said no problem I’ll come back later... read more
