Lisa the store manager is helpful & nice. 7/28- The girl Nya M on Sundays is horrible. They don’t know how to make pretzels or have good customer service!! Update March 2024 some of the workers have much better attitudes. Not all of them but some . The ones who know me as a regular don’t mind making my pretzels fresh the way I want them. This is a must stop at the St Clair Mall. They keep hot pretzels ready to go with quick service. Hits the spot. We had the cup of pretzel sticks with a cheese dip tonight.
This location is terrible. The pretzels taste like they used a whole cup of baking soda. They’re always disgusting and mushy. The kids working there are always looking at the screen to see if you tip or not. One employee dropped half of my nuggets and still tried handing to me.
