They make the best pretzels and are wonderful and honest people! After taking a break from Christmas shopping I left behind one of my shopping bags. I thought for sure I would never see it again but I was wrong. These wonderful people found it first and kept it safe until I returned the next day. Two thumbs up!!

Pretty Plain & Simple, I love their soft pretzel, dipping it in mustard. While they have other items, I'm stuck on the pretzel.
Don't go to this Auntie Anne's Pretzel place, the man making the pretzel is very rude. My little daughter was taking pics on how the pretzel is made and he told me not to take pics. Excuse me? I don't want a picture of your ugly face, just the pretzel and my daughter next to it. My daughter almost cried. I Went to The Pretzel Twister instead so they lost a customer forever.
Worst place I never been... Rude people, careless and pretzels not well done... Spend more time explain then..Hialeah...

I been there today they burn the pretzel and give me one of those and tasted like soap horrible so i come back to the store and they told me i already try it they cant exchange so is no my fault they burn the pretzel i leave it there is just terrible they burn the pretzel and they sale no matter what!!
