Rude staff. NEVER have enough pretzels. The founders Anne F. Beiler and her husband, Jonas, who started the company in 1988 would be very embarrassed of this location and how it’s even run. I have heard Wetzel Pretzel’s is looking at opening a new location soon in Douglasville and maybe even in Arbor Place Mall, which will be GREAT because this Auntie Anne’s doesn’t deserve any of our hard earned money or patronize at all. I’ve reported them to the corporate brand owners Goto Foods.
This place is a hit or miss, but they definitely need to work on their bites. The salted bites are so sooo salty by itself, if you get any cheese sauce with it, you’re asking for high blood pressure. The cinnamon bites are so covered in sugar you can’t even see the bites anymore. I normally have to scrape off all the sugar to have a decently bite, and even then it’s too overwhelming.
The chicken was juicy.
