I was there today the server name netaeja i asked her to give me the fresh one and i pointed out which 2 i want..she was like i can’t reach them.. Like seriously u can’t reached them … she literally had to move one cup from the front of them only those two look fresh rest of them look very old . after she gave me one I ask her the second one gave me the one that I was asking for and she refused to give me the one i want and still telling me that she can’t reach like what if I want the third one she’s not able to read that on... read more
I was at the mall location and only one person was working there, running the register, prepping the dough and the cooking. Oh my the young lady was very nice, unfortunately everything served was burnt after 15 mn wait. Felt sorry for the young lady who had to do it all by herself, at least schedule 2 people or the bad reviews will continue pouring in. Do better because I use to like those pretzels!!
