I went to the auntie Anne’s in utc and me and my friend went to order at the counter and the young man who was up there did not say ONE word to us the whole experience. Super rude and like I said did not say a single word and our order was wrong and we had to explain three times before he gave us the right food and we had already paid for the wrong food even though we explained our order
They put way too much oil on the pretzels. They’re disgusting. Auntie Anne’s is already overpriced and paying for these oily pretzels is not worth it. They made me sick.
These people are very unprofessional. They give bad attitude and don’t do their job right. The latin girl at the store by dillard’s was very rude when I asked for her help. Both stores at UTC have very poorly trained kids.
Horrible kids walking around with no sense of urgency. On a Sunday worst service ever. You cant make this stuff up. Management should hire adults SMH
