I would rate it Zero. I asked pretzels are not fresh, they are hard & chewy and they told me we are closing in 20 mins. What an answer!! They can’t make new food just because they can go home early. Terrible service. Looks like the pretzel were sitting in the warmer for a long time. These employees are not accountable for any kind of customer service and on top they are so desperate to get paid tips. Unbelievable!! Who’s responsible? I guess no one.

If I can give this zero stars i would. As it was 5:55 pm there was one person ringing and checking out. While there was two others girls in the back just looking. instead of helping the guy they just peeked. They were coming out just making faces because the line was too long. Being the only 2 white people on line ...Instead of saying just after you don't let anyone come. They singled us out and told us to leave. If that isn't racist I dont know what is.

Okay. There were three employees on shift, a younger girl, a younger guy, and an older man. I stood at this counter waiting for 5 minutes. There was nobody else in line except for me standing at the counter. The younger man seemed to be making pretzels, older man maybe stocking idk. But the younger girl was off to the side talking to what I’m assuming is her boyfriend the entirety of this whole time I’m waiting???
