Okay. There were three employees on shift, a younger girl, a younger guy, and an older man. I stood at this counter waiting for 5 minutes. There was nobody else in line except for me standing at the counter. The younger man seemed to be making pretzels, older man maybe stocking idk. But the younger girl was off to the side talking to what I’m assuming is her boyfriend the entirety of this whole time I’m waiting??? Super let down, I used to love this place but the pretzels are so skinny now it's not worth the price at all. very disappointed.
Lower your prices, $7 is disgusting and creating hatred for the brand.
