This specific location is so bad when it comes to customer service. They rather have one register open and have a line through the whole mall before they use their other register. You order something you have to wait because is never ready. Not just that but when you wait for your order nobody reaches you to give you your order. You can stand there and wait for over 20 mins. When your order has already been done. Just terrible.

They are always running out of stuff, they are usually out of the pretzel dogs so I'll go shop for an hour and come back only to see that they didn't even bother to make anymore. It's like they try and sell all the old stuff before they'll make anything new.. Pitiful place !!

I have waited to place a DoorDash order with them for over a month as there is no cheese listed to buy in app or on DoorDash WITH a cup of pretzels, I talked with the manager on the phone (man, deep voice) who just didn’t care. At all. I told them I didn’t mind paying for the cheese, but it’s been over a month now so if they could throw the cheese that I’m pretty sure that’s already included with the pretzel in store but the manager was downright rude and didn’t care. Took my business to Smales in Dayton

We came for a few pretzels and a couple drinks. It became obvious from the beginning that these workers were socializing, even with a “customer” at the other register. We ordered 2 mango frosts, just for the cashier to tell us that the mango was out and asked if we wanted a different flavor. We chose watermelon. Then they didn’t have watermelon.
