Ladies working there were nice but the one man that was there was incredibly rude. Yelled at my friend , took her three dollars cash, and when her card declined, he refused to cancel the order then was accusing her of trying to steal. Yelled at all three of us in front of other customers and sent my friend into a panic attack. Walked in when there was 3 employees a counter full of pre-cooked pretzels & no customers. The employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to take my order so I left empty-handed.
Man who took my order did not say a single word to me, just looked at me in a rude way the entire time
I went into the mall today, purchased a pretzel. Don't go here! The pretzel was old and stale! Not impressed at all with this place nor the lady behind the counter.
