Auntie Anne's pretzels are awesome...when made right. And many locations have friendly employees and a clean establishment. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case for this location any longer. I have noticed that the employees seem to be more interested in leaning against the counter and texting than waiting on customers or preparing pretzels. You used to be able to custom order a pretzel if the one you wanted wasn't available in the case, but now they restrict you to choosing from what is pre-made, most often. The ... read more
There were 2 workers there when we went. Both seemed to be in bad moods. My husband ordered an original soft pretzel, but they didn't have any pre-made in the case, so the cashier asked her coworker to make some, and she rolled her eyes and seemed inconvenienced to have to do her job of making pretzels. The pretzels were fine, but the workers just seemed upset to be there. The mall was dead, so they weren't super busy or anything.
