The black guy and the 2 Spanish guys are the most rude customer service people.I've ever met in my life. They don't take care of customers they play around and talk like it's fun time instead of work time. My son and I will never visit this location ever again. There are numerous people out there looking for jobs that would be great with customers. Auntie Anne’s is a staple at any mall. The pretzels here were fresh. They had 2 people making the pretzels and 1 at the register. Line moved along quickly.
We were very grateful to the ladies at this Auntie Anne location (409 Brandon town center). We arrived at 7:44 PM and had our order taken by Kaitlyn. She was professional and courteous, explaining that there would be a wait for the mini pretzel dogs. This was a relief, as we had just experienced a rude encounter at the other Auntie Anne location at the mall (459 Brandon Town Center).
