A good soft pretzel is a part of the quintessential mall experience. I love the pepperoni pretzels.
Decent experience overall, prices were pretty good here and food was clearly fresh and warm. Had a good variety of options when we passed through. Service was just okay
The pretzel was hard, I talk to the manager and he tells me I need to eat it right away and because I didn’t that’s not his fault, I have gotten many of pretzels from Auntie Ann’s and never had I experienced the pretzel getting so hard that you could not eat it. These pretzels cost 5.00 and I should not have to eat it right away, it was a dessert for me, I will never order from this place again.
