Decent experience overall, prices were pretty good here and food was clearly fresh and warm. Had a good variety of options when we passed through. Service was just okay
The pretzel was hard, I talk to the manager and he tells me I need to eat it right away and because I didn’t that’s not his fault, I have gotten many of pretzels from Auntie Ann’s and never had I experienced the pretzel getting so hard that you could not eat it. These pretzels cost 5.00 and I should not have to eat it right away, it was a dessert for me, I will never order from this place again. Waited 20 out of the 30 minutes of my break then they say we don't have garlic pretzels woman didnt say thank you or nothing then on top of that gave me an over done pretzel
