Waited 15 minutes for an order of 2 pretzel twists, even though there was no other customer at that time. There were 6 employees who were fully capable of covering pretzels with cinnamon sugar but decided chatting and standing around were more important than serving customers.
Went to this location today. Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels. They had 1 in the case and had to ‘make’ another by covering in cinnamon sugar. However, it took 10 minutes for this to happen as the 5 employees working prioritized making additional pretzel cups (there were already plenty in the case) and talking with each other vs simply covering a pretzel in sugar so we could get what we ordered. Would not recommend this location.
This place is amazing, pretzels are always fresh and made right come check them out... Amanda one of the managers there is so nice and professional she was amazing thank u
We love these pretzels. Food was great. Service was just ok.
Usually they're pretty good, but I've had better.
