We love these pretzels. Food was great. Service was just ok.
Usually they're pretty good, but I've had better.
They double charged me for a burnt order of pretzel bites on August 16, 2025. Told me to take it up with my bank. Which involves cancelling the card for fraud. So pissed.
I’m pretty sure the young man’s name was Gus. He was very polite and ecstatic to help me with my order. Very kind and helpful staff!
