They double charged me for a burnt order of pretzel bites on August 16, 2025. Told me to take it up with my bank. Which involves cancelling the card for fraud. So pissed.
I’m pretty sure the young man’s name was Gus. He was very polite and ecstatic to help me with my order. Very kind and helpful staff!
It was very expensive for a pretzel. Nice service, but .... I hate it when you pay, and it asks for a tip.. while I understand the reasoning behind tips at sit down restaurants and delivering things to your house. I do not understand why they now think you should tip everywhere.
