The NEVER have regular pretzels (tried 3x in one week), the customer service is TERRIBLE. Sat at the counter for 10 mins(one of the times) and had to yell for her to come to the front. Then she was short, and disinterested. Just over all awful experience.
Forced tipping is what you'll end up doing. I shouldn't have to tip minium 15% for a guy to open the case and then close it. Your options are 15% 20% and 25%. Conveniently you can't press other, I tried and when it didnt work, the guy rushed me to click one of the options. I should have known when everything else was open and no one was in line to go there

Great customer service and great energy when they have you at the counter, I will definitely make this my go to pretzel stop for my lunches!! 10/10!!
