Horrible environment went on monday around 3 and couldn't stop thinking about it so here I am writing a review, first of all the black haired lady extremely rude. Not only that but the whole bottom of my pretzil was charred. Seriously?! For an establishment that treats customers as insignificant at least make the pretzil right. Horrible place, go if you want burnt food and horrible service.
The best auntie Anne’s in the valley, every pretzel is made to order, the Provo mall will just give you old ones from 30 min ago
These guys are the best! I came in with my nieces who have special needs, and were so excited to celebrate National Pretzel Day here! They took good care of us, and we are grateful! We'll definitely be back
I will give five stars to Auntie Anne's when they add a real nacho cheddar dip. The dips are good but feel a little "processed for long shelf life". Service is great with friendly staff and smiles! The place has no seating inside, so more of a take and go.
Pepperoni nuggets were hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff was pleasant and greeted us as we entered the line. They even recommended a dip when I forgot the marinara for my nuggets. Great job to the team here.
