Took too long to get pretzels but they were fresh and delicious
Food is great the Lehi store is small and can't support the line which often, then, leads outside. The biggest issue is the advertising and product availability. We came for Gabby dollhouse ears and they had totally run out. Y'all. Did you not think this would happen? Y'all gotta be better prepared.
Horrible environment went on monday around 3 and couldn't stop thinking about it so here I am writing a review, first of all the black haired lady extremely rude. Not only that but the whole bottom of my pretzil was charred. Seriously?! For an establishment that treats customers as insignificant at least make the pretzil right. Horrible place, go if you want burnt food and horrible service.
The best auntie Anne’s in the valley, every pretzel is made to order, the Provo mall will just give you old ones from 30 min ago
These guys are the best! I came in with my nieces who have special needs, and were so excited to celebrate National Pretzel Day here! They took good care of us, and we are grateful! We'll definitely be back
