I ordered 2 buckets of Mini Pretzel Dogs Bucket over $60 order. At time of serving for a kids birthday party all of them were burn from the bottom. Call the store and supposedly no manager was in at the moment. Very disappointed at this location.
I’ve always been someone who craves savory treats over sweet ones, and Auntie Anne’s consistently hits the mark every time. Whether it’s a classic pretzel or something new, their menu always has something to satisfy my cravings. What really stands out, though, is the staff — they’re always so friendly and helpful, often suggesting alternatives to my usual go-to, and thanks to them, I’ve discovered some new favorites I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Great service and even better pretzels — can’t go wrong!
It was a wonderful experience, laughs and a great snack. Love the pretzels and the services just adds to the experience.
