This location has the worst customer service. I ordered online due to previous bad wait times. I go through drive through and see 3 workers inside and still had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.7 minutes later I received my item and THEY had attitude. Lesson learned, never returning
Service really stinks here. No people skills whatsoever. Also, we understand “made fresh”, but 30 minutes?
I showed up 40 min until close, and they told me that their last batch needed 15 minutes to finish rising and to come back at that time. When I returned they told me they ran out. Bad service is one thing, but this felt like they went out if their way to waste my time for no apparent reason. Viewing this location's other bad reviews makes me think that it's this location, specifically, that is hell-bent on being a poor quality establishment. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. WAITED 45 min in drive thru and had to leave. mind you there was only 2 cars in front of me.
Isaiah was very helpful and communicative , he made sure to get everything right and on time Samantha as well was very communicative when I asked about details she had a smile on her face and made me laugh these two on a shift together were fantastic.
