Absolutely horrible service. Understaffed. Trapped in the drive through line for over 35 minutes with cars parked in front and behind with no way out. They only had 2 employees. By the time we got to the window they couldn’t even figure out our order. Will never return.
We’ve been to this location twice and each time we have to wait forever! We only order the pretzel nuggets and we’ve waited in drive thru for nearly 13min with nobody in front of us. This second time the order was wrong, they filled the cup of nuggets nearly only halfway, and there was false pricing on their menus. I was told “oh, it must be an update error.” Customer service is lacking in all areas.
Freshly made cinnamon pretzel. Great customer service and welcoming staff.

Took 8 minutes to have my order taken and another 30 minutes to get pretzel nuggets. Staff was friendly but not efficient at all.
