Great Customer Service and Good Cinnamon Pretzel nuggets
This auntie Anne's had no pretzels available. The people behind me asked for a breakfast sandwich and they were told those were not available either.
My pretzel was quite cold. Also you have to wait in line at the self order which takes forever while 2 employees stand aroound.
They did not have any mini pretzel dogs ready or close to ready at 2:30 pm. ??????? They told me it was going to be 30 mins, and could not refund my money. I would wait but plane was leaving before finished. They offered something else but if I wanted something else, I would have ordered it. Now I have to contest with my bank. Yay and thank you.
Don’t be deceived by their hours. They don’t open until 7 am and they only have breakfast sandwiches.
