Reading the reviews, I almost didn’t go. But everything was great. The first visit was in the evening and the lady even made sure that my pretzel was hot and fresh. Two weeks later, I was back in SLC and stopped at 7:55am, all selections were full and fresh. Cashier was again pleasant. Prices we’re a bit high, but nothing higher than I expected for airport food. I look forward to SLC for this delicious snack.
Great Customer Service and Good Cinnamon Pretzel nuggets
This auntie Anne's had no pretzels available. The people behind me asked for a breakfast sandwich and they were told those were not available either.
My pretzel was quite cold. Also you have to wait in line at the self order which takes forever while 2 employees stand aroound.
