I was told to wait 20 minutes for some fresh pretzel nuggets. After waiting 20 minutes. the Hispanic lady who told me to wait, smiled, shook her head no and shrugged her shoulders when I asked were they ready yet. Smh just wasted my time that I already didn’t have to spare.
I would tell you how the food was but, I didn't get any because out of the 3 things in their menu, they somehow didn't have PRETZELS BITES, I've never seen an auntie Ann's without pretzel bites. The lady at the counter also was quite rude as she said "NO MORE PRETZEL BITES" to us. No pretzel bites, no return.
Only cash and rude
Customer service sucks. Employees are very rude . They only allow you to order 2 options of pretzels. The pretzels taste like they have sat for days , the bread was very dry . AGAIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALL OF THEM NEED TRAINING . Will never stop here again ‼️
Cold pretzels that taste like baking soda and the person at the counter literally said no words to me and made little to no eye contact. Neither did the other worker. They spoke Spanish to each other but said nothing to me. I know it's the turnpike, but I at least expect a few words.
