If you can get past the prices, you will find that the pretzels are often overly greasy/oily and undercooked. I decided to try it for the first time yesterday. Several coworkers have gotten sick from eating their pepperoni pretzels. I decided to try just a standard one. It was oily and soggy and undercooked. Very doughy and my hands were coated in oil/grease. The food was so underwhelming and not what a pretzel is supposed to be like. I will probably never eat at an Auntie Anne's ever again.
