Pretzels a little greasy but good
Very long line, but the employees are nice. Pretzel were warm and yummy.
The best pretzels! Super nice staff and very clean. Come and enjoy the view around here.
The staff member at this location was quite rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no “please” or “thank you.” When I ordered pretzel nuggets, he tried to serve me pieces of a cut-up pretzel instead of the proper product. The service felt disorganized and careless, and to make things worse, they didn’t even have lemonade available.
I came on a hot day just wanting a snack when the girl w black hair was really rude to me. It took me a second to conjure up my order and when I told her, she replied with “I can barely hear you like what” girl you work customer service can you act like it.
