Nice job promoting the mini dogs and big cheese in several different locations of this booth and then not having it. That’s what you call a smooth operation. Sike, you’re out. Good job geniuses. You should be soooo proud of yourselves. You’re the reason malls die off. Congrats, you played yourself.
They tried to make me tip without asking! Dough is never cooked all the way and employees never seem like they want to be there. There are some employees that act like a couple on the clock, hugging, holding eachother and etc. very unprofessional.
Beware they try to add a tip to unsuspecting customers. Pretzel were good, however, when you pay using a card, they try and sneak in the prompt an automatic tip starting at 15%. Unbelievable for self service.
Every single person who works there is beyond rude. I've tried it multiple times and the pretzel dogs are never fully cooked. The dough is raw in the middle. You can also hear them harassing guests when you walk by at times. It needs a complete overhaul of staff or retraining for everyone.
