Every time I visit this establishment, the employees ALWAYS have an attitude. Customer service is a 0 out of 10. Their pretzels are sometimes stale & it has been numerous times where the store was not open on time nor was food prepared on time. I have patience but waiting 15+ minutes for a pretzel is crazy especially if there’s no other customers in the line.
The food is great but shady business. My bill was $50.01 and I selected a 10% tip. The charge $9.00 for gratuity, that is 18%. Think twice before using this business!!!
Loved this place as a kid, yep still love it now
Pretzels excellent when freshly cooked. Employees are sarcastic & heartless. They don't care about selling hard half day old pretzel, so look before you buy!@
