The customer service of Gregg a few minutes ago today was beyond great. A very well spoken young man, kind, and presents himself well. I hope only wish the best for him and I hope his manager notice his professionalism. More young adults need to take pride in whatever job they have been chosen, like Gregg. I hope I’m not dating his name wrong. Today is July 1, and I was his customer between 11:30-12:10 am.
Poor service by the lady, poor quality of cinnamon pretzel first the pretzel was burn then same lady made me a new fresh uncook, yellow that I can feel the dough inside of the pretzel, very disactisfactory experience, definely recepie is not the same as before.
Store closed on the day of national pretzels day! Their app also sucks, I placed an order using app. When ai arrived there, the store was closed!
I had a great experience at Auntie’s Annes and the staff especially Bradyn was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this spot!
Store stop selling pretzels/food items more than 15 min prior to store closing time at both locations (1st floor and 2nd floor). Only drinks were available.
