I love the food. A new employee, a young girl named Kara, greeted us and was very polite when we walked inside. Always look forward to the pretzels here!!

Melanie customer customer service was absolutely amazing!
Sons wanted a pretzel- thought hey why not. First thing my youngest and I realized walking in was the smell. The only way I can describe it is a concoction of pretzels mixed with melting plastic. Something definitely wasnt right. He had to leave the store, other son enjoyed his pretzel though. We've long since left and I'm still nauseous, which is saying alot because I have a strong stomach. Weird
