Staff on 2 separate visits was rude. Seems as though they did not like what they were doing. If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so.
Food is great when they actually make it. I’m here an hour after they are supposed to open and there is nobody in sight.
Every time we come here its a hassle to even order. Like we are bothering them by being there. They never have anything ready except the pretzels and the bites. The digs or anything else are alway 25 minute wait. We always get our pretzels sweet and salty. Which is just salted pretzel wirh the cinnamon added. Was told they cant do that. After it took 5 minutes to explain what I was wanting. We have never been told no at any other annie annes in any other state. We had to bag our own food. Horrible every single time. Customer service is top-notch. Benjamin was very friendly. The cinnamon, pretzels and lemonade we're on point very good and fresh. Would definitely stop by again and again.
Refused to serve me a small pretzel bites because they had already had them sitting in the bigger containers told me I could get that size or a regular pretzel and the frozen lemonade tastes like soap
