They said if u want corndog pretzels you gotta call and order ahead of time… but they don’t answer the phone when I call 3x, wish I had a good experience. That sucks.
I lost my wallet on 6/3 around 2pm. Shortly before that I purchased auntie Anne’s and had amazing pretzels. Whatever young gentleman was working that day deserves a raise he not only gave me delightful service, but also was the only person in the mall who really cared and assisted me in finding my wallet. Whoever that is his boss can reach out to me personally because he was wonderful.
Worst Experience I’ve had there. Young boy in morning shift made it seem like an inconvenience when I told him i’d wait for an item to be in stock on display. Then proceeded to roll his eyes and huff & puff. Do better.
Ordered the pretzel dogs, was told they take 20-30 minutes to make, I came back 30 minutes later and they had not even started my order yet. All in all it took over an hour to get my order, no apology or anything.
