Staff member “Sterile” shocked me with how little they cared about anything, declined to respond and was rude when asked even basic questions by people in line in front of me, such as “what kind of pretzels are these.”, and finally gave me the most blank stares possible when I tried to pay. Apparently Sterile is a Coach, and this location highly values this level of horrible service, wow! Seeing poor reviews going back more than 2 years, it appears the owner of this location is completely disengaged.
This place is terrible. Customer service was terrible and their menu is ridiculous. They only sell plain pretzels.. what's the point? They were dry and flavorless. As you can see from the photo I uploaded, they have several flavor choices of regular pretzels, as well as pretzel bites and pretzel dogs. They told me they DONT MAKE anything on the menu except for plain pretzel bites and plain pretzels. Why do you have a menu with options on it if you don't sell any of the menu items? Only staffed by one person. Extremely slow, seemed like it was intentional. Out of items and huge sign advertising an item "they don't make anymore "
