Went up to the counter and ordered a plain salted pretzel. Looked like they were running low on pretzels as only a couple left but figured it’d still be soft and good. It was stale, hard and unappetizing. These pretzels are supposed to be soft and enjoyable. Not sure if they were overcooked or old or both. I went back to the cashier and asked if there were fresher ones being made and she said no you got a fresh pretzel and did not agree to give me a fresh one. Got the cinnamon sugar bites but there was no cinnamon sugar, they were plain. We showed the girl working on Sunday night the 29th, she said she wouldn’t give us any even though we paid for cinnamon sugar. She didn’t even care to fix their mistake. I just don’t get it.
