PHENOMENAL food and service. The people working here today were ON POINT
This has to be the worst Auntie Anne's location ever. I travel the turnpike quite a bit and I've stopped at this location and they're always out of whatever I want. I asked for cinnamon sugar pretzels and they said they don't have any yet the cinnamon sugar is sitting right there. This location is losing so much money due to the laziness of their employees
Refused to make a pretzel because they closed in 15 minutes.
Stopped at the rest area north of the Lehigh valley on the PA turnpike. Employee was VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC. Asked for a menu item and she pointed at the case “only what’s in there” um, im not an employee I don’t know what’s in there . Did not offer an explanation- will they make more? Are they out? So rude. Never again.
5 workers and they don't have anything made. Just straight lazy and rude
