I'd love to be able to rate the pretzels but there was none made. The hours on line say 10am the mall opens at 11am & at 12:10 the 2 employees were rolling out the pretzels. Nothing was ready to be sold. Why at noon were there no pretzels?! If you open at 11 then there should be items to purchase at that time. Why does the mall not open till 11am anyway?
Opening time says 11am but even by 11:20am there is never anything ready. If an establishment opens at 11, they should be ready to serve at 11. May need to change the opening time to a time where the pretzels will actually be available for purchase instead of wasting people’s time.
I would love to try out their cinnamon pretzels. I always walk past this place in the mall during my morning walk. One day soon I will purchase an order and be sure to leave a review!
The service was very good and my pretzel was fresh. The new manager was very helpful.
