Idk what they had going on but this was some of the slowest service ever. It wasn’t even that many people in line. Dudes look like they just hate their jobs.
The cashiers were so rude. I asked if the pretzels were fresh, was told yes. They came out hard as a rock. The manager was nice about the situation but the 2 females were so nasty. Never waste your money here.
Can’t break a $50? I can see $100 billion but a $50?
If I could give it zero stars I would. Pretzel dogs are never ready and long wait times
I'd love to be able to rate the pretzels but there was none made. The hours on line say 10am the mall opens at 11am & at 12:10 the 2 employees were rolling out the pretzels. Nothing was ready to be sold. Why at noon were there no pretzels?! If you open at 11 then there should be items to purchase at that time. Why does the mall not open till 11am anyway?
