I’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s, but unfortunately this location inside Wal-Mart really hurts the brand’s reputation. The pretzels here are consistently overcooked, skinny, and not up to the quality you’d expect from Auntie Anne’s. On top of that, the staff are often rude and unhelpful. If they run out of a specific kind of pretzel, they refuse to make more—even when customers are asking and willing to wait.
