Literally no one was there at the counter to take my order. There was a sign that said “Be back in 5 minutes…”, but I’m sure I waited there for about 15 minutes. I know it’s a dead mall, but geesh.
7+$ for a small pretzel and cheese. No wonder malls are disappearing. This isn't a ballpark stadium, it's a mall that's 1/3rd full.
Ordered online at 5:15 order will be ready by 5:28 get there they decided to close 3 hours early , never gave me a refund just took my name and number told me they couldn’t do anything and the manager will call me
