If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. At 11:45 AM they had no pretzels, only had cinnamon bites which are simply not the same as pretzels. When I asked for pretzel bites the employee looked AT ME like I was crazy and said “sorry we don’t have any regular pretzels, only cinnamon” and gave no timeline. It’s a pretzel shop that doesn’t sell pretzels. Just go ahead and close up shop at this point.
30 minutes for one pretzel. If you’re having “electrical issues” like the cashier stated, maybe you shouldn’t be serving food that literally depends on electric to be safe to serve. Not sure if this place is up to code or standards. Dirty on the inside.
I work on the mall amd have only 30 minutes for lunch. When I tried entering 35 minutes after they open they said they wouldn't have anything ready for 20 minutes. So I came back at 11:20. Doors still locked and no food ready. The store also looked really dirty. What a disappointment.
They don’t have pretzels ready and there’s no way the pretzel bites are fresh.
