I always go in for the cinnamon pretzel bites but the last few times I've been going it's been hard and just underwhelming to say the least ,not at all the quality it used to be
Wanted something quick and easy. Pretzel was dry and a little burnt on the bottom. Tasted okay, but not worth the money I spent. Cashier was a little off, but I think she was just new.

I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels ! This location however is the absolute worst. Most of the time when I go in they are out of pretzels! When they do have them ( like today at 12:00) they had two lonely pretzels. They were stale and cold. The staff is terrible. Inattentive and seems like they couldn’t care less if they have any customers or not. BIG thumbs down to JUST this location. Hope someone from Auntie Annes’s reads this.
