I never ever leave bad reviews, but honestly, it’s needed here. I was at the burlington mall 20 minutes before closing. I started to feel really light headed so I went to the counter hoping to order a coke or anything to “pick me up” (i’m probably white as a ghost and shakey) The girl says “we don’t have drinks.” I pointed at the fountain machine and said “no I meant a just fountain drink”. Showed up at 11:15am after driving 15 miles to get pretzels and was told pretzels are not ready till 12pm. The main appeal of going there is for pretzels so why are they not ready at opening time??????
Drove 30 minutes, they open at 11, was told nothing is done till 12, clowns
went up to counter at 7:52 and the workers told me they were closed, even though they are listed as closing at 8:00pm. Incredibly rude and lazy.
