I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Auntie Anne’s in the Tracy Mall deserves to be addressed. I was with my six‑year‑old daughter, who pointed at the pretzel nuggets she wanted. The employee, Alejandra G., handed us a regular pretzel instead. When I let her know it was the wrong item, she responded with an attitude, insisting I had asked for a pretzel. I love auntie Anne’s, but you guys always close early. I went at 7:30 the other day and it was CLOSED. They don’t close till 8. When it sounds fire and then u can’t get it cause they close 30 MINUTES early.. like what

I recently visited Auntie Anne’s at the Tracy mall and experienced one of the most disappointing food experiences I can recall. I ordered the mini pretzel dogs, and they were simply terrible. They were soaked in an excessive amount of butter or oil, making them feel heavy, greasy, and far from fresh. Worse still, the hot dogs inside tasted old, as if they had been sitting out since the previous day. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I could barely bring myself to eat them.
