This place is a joke. Their service is iffy, lot of bad attitudes, lot of people just standing & doing nothing. There are always at least 15 workers behind the counter & yet for some reason there is ALWAYS a wait for pretzel dogs. Always!! It doesn’t matter how many people are working, how many people are in the mall, what time of day it is, nothing. You will always have to wait 15min - 25min. It’s ridiculous. Everything online says they open at 11 but yet when I came here at 11:20am I was told oh we don't open until 11:30. Might want to update your hours instead of letting employees be rude to customers about it
So I love this location because of the manager. Shes nice and very attentive. Makes things fresh if asked. I ask again for nuggets out the oven fresh and cashier ignores me and grabs nuggets out the case. I ask again for nuggets fress out the oven. She ignores again. I couldn't be it and then she says here you go with attitude. Her name I'munique L. I counted 5 workers, and 1 worker doing everything working the register and packing orders. 3 workers on break at the same time and a long line. I get up to the counter to order and it's an additional 10min wait on mini dogs on top of waiting 15mins in line. This location needs to be shut down. Service continues to be slow and poor.
