I use to look forward to going to the mall just to get these pretzels. The pretzels are fantastic but the service is horrible. This use to be run by two people and was always stocked well. The last time I went, 4 girls standing around talking with an almost empty case. When I asked about a pretzel (only a couple cups of pretzels bites in the case) they told me they didn't have it. If I could give zero stars I would. Went there it was around 1230 pm on a Saturday. The employees told us it would be 5 minutes so we just waited around. Other people came around asking if this is the line I told them they weren't open yet and it was about 5 mins. One of the employees looked at us and yelled go to the other one upstairs. I said no I'm good waiting since you said five minutes. She then proceeded to say more than 5 mins it's going to take to open. She kept yelling at us to go to the other one. Auntie Anne’s are the most delicious pretzel bites that you can find! They are always warm when we get them and every bite is sensational! I personally recommend the salted pretzel bites! The cinnamon pretzel bites are also good. They have a large variety of pretzels They are outrageously expensive for pretzels, but they are worth it for a special treat! There aren’t deals so they are always expensive. They don’t take American Express. Overall Anne’s is a great place to go for a delicious salty treat!

These pretzels are fantastic. I have never had a bad pretzel. For a hot pretzel I highly recommend this place
