Server mirah had both pods in did not acknowledge me till I started staring I also threw up from the strawberry frozen drink ND had to leave work over it and had diarrhea

Pretzels are never ready. Employees could not care less.
If it could be a zero it would be ordered 2 pretzels we asked why 2 customers behind us were not paying but I was said because we are closing then why did I pay then the little girl started to argue with us want to fight swearing . All I wanted was my refund did not get that now have to wait to talk with manager on Monday will never order from them again was going to do a big catering order now not
Guy at the register was too busy on his phone to even say anything to us. Pretzel bites are soggy and you can tell they haven't cleaned anything lately because there's burned black things all over the pretzel bites and an overwhelming taste of burned butter or something of the like. After spending 15 bucks on two orders of bites, it will be the last time they get my money.
