Disrespectful and Unprofessional Staff I’m writing this on behalf of my wife, who just had a horrible experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. She walked up to the counter with our young son, and one of the workers — a young woman with 613 blonde hair — walked away from the register without saying a word. One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Had I’m still in disbelief over what I experienced at this Auntie Anne’s location. I walked up to the counter with my 10-year-old son, and instead of being greeted, one of the girls — who had 613 blonde hair — literally walked away from the register without saying a word. I’m writing this on behalf of my sister and my 10-year-old nephew, who just had a completely unacceptable experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. It’s sad that this is the kind of treatment they received. The girls at the counter were very rude and proceeded to argue with me but the guys were pretty nice. If they were to make some staff changes they would be much better.
