I stopped by this Auntie Anne location to get some pretzels. I went with the plain pretzel and salted pretzel. I also purchased a cheese dip as well. My favorite was the plain pretzel because the salted pretzel can be a little too sweet. The man working was very nice and polite with me.
Ignore the negative reviews. They are from the other chain. These pretzels are bomb! Softer, tastier and better. I love both chains, but will never give my business to the other chain after those fake reviews from their franchisees......
I live over an hour away and purchased a gift card. The location said they do not accept gift cards so I was unable to get anything after driving so far. I called customer service and they said all locations should accept gift cards but they would send an email to the location inquiring why they aren’t set up. In the meantime, I am stuck with a card I cannot use. I will not be returning to this location due to the way the situation was handled and lack of any assistance.
