Auntie Anne’s in San Clemente, California truly made my day. The customer service was heartfelt, joyful, and far beyond what I expected. From the moment I walked in, the team was attentive, intentional, and very fast, while still making each person feel seen and welcomed. I’m giving a one star because (I have to, but also) the food was fine. But the girl who was working today, Monday, around 5pm would bring it to zero if possible. She was rude and had an attitude when just asking a simple question. As someone who was their very first time at an Auntie Anne’s I asked about some menu items and regretted that.
