Horrible service. Staff has attitude. Asked for pepperoni pretzel bites and the lady taking my order said “what in my warmer is all I have.” I then asked if she could make a new batch and she said no, they close at five. (It was 4pm) she then said that “they are out of dough.”…at a pretzel store… I asked for a lemonade and received a hardly sweet water. This was the worst service we have received.
We were having a celebration of sorts and one of our orders wasnt quite up to snuff. Ella B, the person who took our order, corrected it perfectly, and also gave us extras to make sure our meal was perfect. She did a great job and deserves extra praise for a job well done.
Constance, the general manager, was SO sweet to me and my babies. She was in the front greeting everyone as they walked by. The pretzels were warm and fresh and I’ve always been a fan of the dipping sauces. LOVE Auntie Anne’s!
Place was closed at 1:45 pm on a Tuesday. No sign of having been open all day.
This location is not good. The employees aren’t any good and you can tell that management isn’t much better. I would not spend your money here!
