Service is quite slow. An employee who has the name “Kimberly” name tag in their hat was not friendly, welcoming, and started an awkward amount. I asked a question about my mobile order and was stand-off-ish to answer. Same when I asked for extra salt.
Pretzels are always fresh and the employees are always happy.
I’ve been here in the past and it wasn’t the greatest but decided to try again and it honestly surprised me. They were very efficient, kind, and the food somehow was better this time. I was very glad I didn’t have to wait 30mins like last time and their atmosphere was 10x better.
Worst place ever I placed and order for mini pretzel dogs and I have been waiting 15 minutes to get them and people inline are getting the mini dogs but I’m being told 15 more minutes how is that when people r getting them but I have to wait u have 7 employees working and this is ridiculous
