I work at the mall and I’m here at least 3/5 days for my usual pretzel and drink. The service is always spot on and a few know my order by memory now! Love this place.
The food is phenomenal there. I had one of there new mozzarella sticks things and they were awesome! Easy to say I will be coming back again.
Britteny is so kind every time I come!
Service is quite slow. An employee who has the name “Kimberly” name tag in their hat was not friendly, welcoming, and started an awkward amount. I asked a question about my mobile order and was stand-off-ish to answer. Same when I asked for extra salt.
Pretzels are always fresh and the employees are always happy.
