Pretzel bites chewy, cold and old. Must have been sitting there a long time. They wouldn't make fresh ones. Very rude , staff trying not to speak English.

It’s like Twisted, but slightly worse. Pretzels are pretzels tho, so I approve.
Be aware of the cashier, as we still process the payment he reach out and press 15% tip by himself without explaining nor asking our permission. Tip culture is nowadays like that? He should have at least asking customers not to be too rude. It called cheating now!
